Includes new cabinets, countertops, appliances, flooring, and paint. Great for updating the look and function of your kitchen without major layout changes.
Mid-Range Remodel
Typically $45,000–$75,000
Full replacement of cabinets, countertops, lighting, and flooring with layout adjustments and new appliances. Most of our Belmar and Spring Lake projects fall here.
High-End Custom Kitchen
$80,000+
Complete redesign with custom cabinetry, premium materials, structural or layout changes, and luxury finishes — built for Shore living and entertaining.
We start with an on-site visit to understand your goals, budget range, and how you use your kitchen. We’ll evaluate your existing space, discuss ideas, and flag any structural or code considerations common in Jersey Shore homes.
Next, we help refine the design and select finishes. This includes layout review, cabinet style, countertops, appliances, flooring, and overall look. Our focus is creating a kitchen that functions well, lasts, and fits your home.
Once the design direction is set, we provide a detailed proposal outlining scope, pricing, and allowances. Everything is clearly explained so there are no surprises once construction begins.
We handle permits and coordinate inspections as needed. At the same time, we finalize the construction schedule and order long-lead items to keep the project moving smoothly.
Our team completes demolition, framing (if required), electrical, plumbing, cabinetry, flooring, countertops, and finishes. The job is actively managed, and we maintain a clean, organized worksite throughout the process.
We walk the finished kitchen with you, review details, address any final adjustments, and complete inspections. The goal is a finished space you’re confident in and proud of.
